SPECIALIST FOOTBALL & SPORTS COACHING FOR SCHOOLS, TEAMS & INDIVIDUALS
The sessions aimed at helping to improve players on an individual basis. Our qualified coaches will review each child and then
discuss their Strengths & Weaknesses in order to deliver detailed/specific sessions.
The sessions can take place either at your home (Depending on size of garden), a local park or at our venue.
Price: £25 Per Hour (Option to share the session with a friend please ask for details )
The sessions will always begin with a warm up and end with a by a cool down.
Personal record to keep track on development and other aspects to improve on.
Working on fitness while also trying to improve technique.
Game preparation information can be provided if required
Recovery for after training and match information
1-2-1 Training will give a professional football experience, to keep fitness and confidence at a high.
All training will be ball related. These will be match related scenarios which can be taken into the players match.
